Includes an Academic Vocabulary Course
Poor knowledge of Academic Vocabulary is often the reason students fail the CAHSEE. In order to enhance students’ Academic vocabulary knowledge, BrainX has created an Academic Vocabulary course that teaches 200 of the most frequently used Key Words found in and the CAHSEE, SAT and other High Stakes Exams. In addition to the 200 base words, teachers are provided with a list of 100 additional key academic vocabulary words that can be used to further build upon a student’s powerful academic vocabulary knowledge.

One-on-One Interaction
Studies prove that the one-to-one tutoring model can increase retention up to 300%. BrainX uses a Digital Tutor to guide each student through their coursework and to mold the delivery of the material to the needs of each learner, so learners can maximize material absorption in the least amount of time. The Digital Tutor also communicates important information about each learner to a live tutor or classroom teacher.
